«Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine»

The main goal of «ATU» is:

To satisfy and protect the lawful, social, economic, and other interests of the members of the Union of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine included in «ATU»; to promote comprehensive and integrated development of trade and economic relations; to strengthen entrepreneurial and industrial freedom based on fair competition; to enhance the image of goods and services; and to establish conditions for the presentation and lawful distribution of products in the domestic market among Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine.

The primary tasks of «ATU» are:

— To defend the rights and interests of its members in central and local agencies, administrative bodies, as well as in non-governmental organizations, chambers of commerce and industry, unions, and other institutions;

— Upon request, to assist members of «ATU»—entrepreneurs who wish to operate in Ukraine—by providing offices, communication services, secretarial support, interpreters, transportation, accommodation, and guidance;

— To conduct social research aimed at assessing the state of trade and economic relations, as well as ties among businessmen from Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine;

— To contribute to the development of trade and economic relations in an atmosphere of friendship, understanding, and cooperation among Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine;

— To promote the scientific, social, and cultural development of the Union’s members, the development of national culture and ideals, and the establishment of good relations among its members;

— To support a high level of business activity, as well as a strong social and legal status for entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Ukraine, and to enhance the social standing and reputation of businesses;

— To foster the harmonious coordination and development of the interests of society and free enterprise;

— To support the achievement of harmonious coordination in the development of free entrepreneurship.
